Il Colosseo II

I had a few people tell me that The Colosseum is a bit of a letdown, or that it's not very interesting. (In fact, they said that about Rome in general). But I thought it was magnificent. What I would give to see it in its glory, gleaming with white marble...
And also, Gladiator is one of my all-time favorite films and as my mind is constantly wandering in the realm of fiction, I was stoked to see the thing in person
